How to Apply for UPSEE MBA

The application form for UPSEE MBA is released by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Uttar Pradesh (AKTU). Eligible candidates who wish to appear for the exam have to fill the application form in online mode.

Things Required

You must keep the following things ready before filling the UPSEE MBA application form:

  • A valid e-mail id and a personal mobile phone number

  • Aadhaar number of candidate

  • Scanned image of the candidate’s colour passport size photograph (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm) in JPEG format with a maximum size of 100 KB

  • Scanned image of the candidate’s signature (3.5 cm x 1.5 cm) in JPEG format with a maximum size of 30 KB

How to Fill UPSEE MBA Application Form

  1. Registration with personal and other details

  2. Upload scanned images of signature and photograph

  3. Payment of application fee

  4. Print the confirmation page

Step 1: Registration

  • Fill all the personal details along with the academic details.

  • Choose MBA as programme name and select the exam city of your choice.

  • Choose a Password and security question. Please note that this Password along with Application Number generated by the system will be required in future in order to login into the account again. Edit option is also available to make the necessary changes.

  • Review all the information and submit the form. No changes can be made once the form is submitted.

  • After final submission, an Application Number will be generated by the system. Note it for all future correspondences and to Login again.

Step 2: Upload Scanned Images

  • Upload a clear scanned image of passport size photograph (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm) in colour. The format should be JPEG Format with a maximum size of 100 KB. The photograph must be front facing to the camera in a manner that full face shows. The background should be either white or off-white.

  • Upload a clear scanned image of signature (3.5 cm x 1.5 cm) in JPEG Format having a maximum size of 30 KB.

  • Check and review the images and click save.

Step 3: Pay Application Fee

  • You can pay the application fee via different modes – Credit card, Debit card, net Banking or Wallets. After making payment, a payment Transaction Number is generated. Note this Transaction Number for future correspondences.

  • If the payment is successful, a link appears on the screen named "Download Confirmation Page". Download this page and take two copies of print-outs of this confirmation page and keep them preserved for the record and future communication.

The application process is now complete.
