IIM Ranchi concluded Placement 2018 with higher salary packages at the domestic as well as international level. Highest international salary has gone up at Rs.57 lakhs while the highest domestic salary is Rs.30 lakhs. The average salary has also gone up at Rs.16.07 lakhs.

The institute completed its final placement for the 2016-28 batch having 185 students. 102 companies visited IIM Ranchi for campus Placement 2018 that included 64 new recruiters. Out of the 185 students, 134 are in PGDM 2016-18 batch and 51 students are in PGDHRM 2016-18 batch.

IIM Ranchi 2015 Placement Statistics

136 recruiters at IIM Ranchi participated including 45 first time recruiters making suitable offers to 194 students of PGDM and PGDHRM batch of 2013-15. There were 152 students from the PGDM batch and 42 from PGDHRM batch. 2 students opted out of placement process while all others were offered suitable placement offers from the recruiters at good compensation packages. 30 students were offered PPOs (Pre-Placement Offers) from their summer internships.

Average salary was Rs.13.4 lakhs for PGDM batch and Rs.12.6 lakhs for PGDHRM batch.
