Following information is mentioned in the Karnataka PGCET MBA result sheet or scorecard:

- Score of the Candidate
- Rank of the Candidate
During the process of marking or scoring, there can be situations where two candidates score similar marks, thus in such situation, there will be two tiebreakers:
First, any candidate who has obtained the higher total aggregate marks in the exam will be given more preference.
The other tiebreaker method is to select candidates who scored equal marks is to choose them on the basis of their age. This means the elder candidate will be considered over the younger candidate.
How is Merit Determined
The candidates’ merit who appear for Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test for MBA programmes, is determined on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in the test. The exam is conducted for 100 marks with a duration of 120 minutes. The question paper of paper-pencil mode test consists of four sections. Each section has 25 questions and is of 25 marks each.
Every correct answer response is awarded one mark and there is no negative marking. The scorecard of the entrance exam displays the total marks secured by candidates.
