MICAT is conducted twice in online mode for the various programmes offered by the institute. Before filling the application form, you should have the requisite details and documents ready. For all the categories, the fee is Rs.1965 which can be paid in online mode, through debit card, credit card or demand draft.
Things to Keep Ready Before Filling Application Form
You have to keep the following documents ready before you start filling MICAT application form in online mode.

- Valid Email address
- Valid mobile number

How to Fill MICAT Application Form
Follow the steps that are mentioned below:
Step 1: Registration for New User
You have to first register by entering valid email address and password.
Step 2: Personal Information
In the personal information section, mention your name, email address and parent’s name.
Step 3: Academic Details
In the educational qualification section, enter the information that is mentioned below:
- Class X - percentage of marks, name of the college / institute, board or the affiliated university
- Class XII - percentage of marks, name of the college / institute, board or the affiliated university
- Graduation and Post-graduation (if applicable) - percentage of marks, name of the college / institute, board or the affiliated university
Step 4: Work Experience
In the work experience section, mention the details which are listed below:
- Name of the company where you have worked (if any)
- Total work experience in months
- Monthly compensation
Step 5: Select the Exam Centres
You have to select at least three cities from the list of MICAT exam centres. Exam centres should be selected in order of preference.
Also. you have to select the city where you would like to appear for the group exercise and personal interview, which is the next stage of the selection round.
Step 6: Selection of the Exam
You have to select the exam in which you would appear such as CAT, XAT or GMAT.
Step 7: Uploading of documents
You have to upload the required documents.
Step 8: Payment of Fee
You can pay the fee through the following modes:
- Debit Card
- Credit Card
- Demand Draft
Demand draft is drawn in favour of MICA payable at Ahmedabad.
Step 9: Submission of the application form
After paying the fee, click on the submit button.
You will receive your id and password at their registered email address. You can login using and make the necessary changes if any.
