Each of the 5 sections has 40 questions making it a total of 200 questions in MCQ format to be solved in 150 minutes. Only 4 sections determine the percentile and merit position of the candidate whereas the score of the fifth section ‘Indian and Global Environment’ is separately reflected in MAT score card but is not be taken into account to calculate the MAT percentile.
