You can fill the KMAT application form in online mode only. The application fee is Rs. 800 and can be paid online using debit or credit card or by DD.

Documents Required

You must keep the following documents handy for your convenience:

  • Scanned copy of photograph
  • Scanned copy of Signature
  • Scanned copy of applicant’s parent’s signature
  • Mark sheets or certificates of graduation or Bachelor’s degree
  • Valid email ID and mobile number

How To Fill KMAT Application Form

The application form can be filled in both online mode only.

  1. Visit the official website.

  2. Click on the ‘Apply now’ tab on the homepage.

  3. You will be redirected to an instructions page where you can either Register or Login.

  4. Candidates who have registered earlier need to fill their application number and date of birth to login.

  5. Candidates registering for the first time need fill the required details and pay the exam fee through debit or credit card, Netbanking and other modes of online payment mentioned. 

Details to be Filled

  • Candidate’s Name: Complete name as mentioned in the High School and graduation certificates must be filled.

  • Date of Birth (DOB): Must be mentioned in the format of DD/MM/YYYY.

  • Nativity by Domicile/Birth: Tick on the appropriate box, which specifies that whether you are Karnataka or Non-Karnataka state student.

  • Gender: Male or Female

  • Category Details: Mention the category you belong to (General / SC / ST, etc.)

  • Applying for: Tick beside the name of the course you are applying to, i.e. MBA.

  • Institution last studied: Mention the Name of the Institute you have studied along with Year of Passing.

  • Stream: Tick stream which you have studied.

  • Postal address: Mention the complete postal address for further communication.

  • Test Centre: Students must select the nearest Exam Centre.

  • DD Details: mention all the relevant Demand Draft details under this section.

Guidelines

  • Photo and signature: Scanned passport size photograph must be of maximum 500 KB and signature of maximum 500 KB before starting the application process.

  • Candidates will receive a unique ID after successfully submitting and making the payments for KMAT registration on their registered mail ID.
