Applicants with a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university or institute are eligible to fill the JEMAT application form.
How to Fill JEMAT Application Form
The eligible aspirants need to register and duly fill the application form. Candidates will have to provide all the necessary personal details, including Candidate’s Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Category, whether person with Disability, Written test centre, educational Qualification, E-mail ID, Mobile Number, Communication Address, Declaration, etc.
Photo and signature verification: Candidates will have to upload the scanned copy of their passport size photo and signature in the JPG or JPEG format. There will be two different options for uploading photograph and signature.
Online JEMAT application forms will not be accepted without the specified photograph and signature of the candidate.
The candidates have to furnish a declaration after filling the application form.
Finally, the physical documents need to be submitted to the University.
Photo and Signature specification
Recent Stamp size colour photograph, preferably with a white background, must be used. Size for the photograph should be between 20 KB - 50 KB
For Signature, the candidate has to sign on white paper with Blue or Black pen. Size of the file should be between 10 KB - 20 KB.
You can pay the application fee on the official website or choose to send the DD or Cash Challan to the university. Cheques, Money orders, Postal orders, Banker’s cheques, and Demand Drafts will not be accepted towards the application fee. You can pay through any one of the following:
- Internet Banking
- Debit Card (Master or Visa)
- Credit Card (Master or Visa)
- Cash Challan
After making the payment, you will receive online Payment Slip which needs to be preserved for future references. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Points to Remember
Applicants should take a print of the filled-in application form.
All details mentioned in the form should be accurate. Any discrepancy in the information provided may lead to cancellation/rejection of the application.
Applicant’s name, date of birth and parents’ names should be strict as per their High School or the first Board/ Pre-University exam certificates.
Documents that need to be attached
Following attested documents should be attached and sent along with JEMAT application form and the Demand Draft pertaining to the application fee:
- Mark sheets (self-attested)
- Certificates and other testimonials
- Caste certificate (in case of SC/ST/OBC) candidates
After Filling Application Form
After the application form of JEMAT is submitted, the system will generate an Application or Registration Number and a Password. The number and the password will be sent to the registered mobile number and E-mail ID. Candidates should retain the credentials for future correspondence.
All candidates who successfully submit the form will be able to download the admit card.
