The selection procedure of IRMA is a three-step process. For the Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management (PGDRM) aspirants, appearing for CAT or XAT followed by IRMA Social Awareness Test (IRMASAT) are the first two steps. Based on their performance, IRMA shortlists candidates.
In the third and final step, shortlisted candidates appear for the Group Activities (GA) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds. If you clear the IRMASAT cutoff, then you are shortlisted to appear for Group Activities (GA) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds. The final merit list is generated based on your performance in IRMASAT, selection rounds and CAT or XAT.
You need to know the below-mentioned steps:
- Submit a valid score of one of the exam among CAT and XAT. The highest of the two scores is considered for admission.
- Appear for IRMASAT.
- Shortlisted candidates have to appear for Group Activities (GA) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds.
