IRMA Social Awareness Test (IRMASAT) is a national level entrance exam for admission to Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management programme (PGDRM). IRMA is a pioneering academic institution in rural management education and research. IRMA uses CAT or XAT scores for admission to Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management and Fellow Programme in Rural Management. All applicants have to additionally appear for IRMASAT test.
IRMASAT is a computer-based test of 80 minutes duration carrying 40 objective type multiple choice questions (MCQs) on Issues of Social Concern section. The exam is based on General Awareness and topics covered under Issues of Social Concern.
IRMA exam, conducted by Institute of Rural Management Anand, is an online exam which is conducted for shortlisting the candidates for admission to its programs in rural management. The exam is conducted in around 60 cities covering around 19 states of India.
Institute of Rural Management Anand issues the IRMASAT admit card in the last week of January. The admit card is issued only to those candidates, whose application form gets accepted by the examination authority. You can download the hall ticket in online mode.
You can check your IRMASAT result cum score card by entering login credentials - application number and date of birth. You can check sectional and overall scores as well as percentile secured. Based on the IRMASAT result, Institute of Rural Management Anand declares shortlist of candidates. The shortlisted candidates have to attend GA and PI process.
After the result of IRMASAT is announced, Institute of Rural Management Anand releases the cutoffs for admission to the Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management (PGDRM) programme. The cutoff refers to the minimum marks or percentile that a candidate has to secure in order to get shortlisted for the selection process. The selection process involves Group Activities (GA) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds.
