IBSAT (ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test) is an aptitude test conducted by the ICFAI University, for students seeking admission into IBS to Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) programs. IBSAT has become computer-based test from 2013. The test scores of IBSAT are considered for admission to nine IBS campuses for admission to PhD and MBA programs.

You should have graduation (any discipline) with 50% and above marks with medium of instruction as English. You should have completed a minimum of 15 years of regular education (on 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 basis). Applicants who have completed their graduation on part time, distance mode or online mode are not eligible.
IBSAT consists of multiple choice questions. The duration of the exam is 120 minutes (2 hours). There are four sections with a total of 125 questions. The four sections are:
- Verbal Ability
- Quantitative Aptitude
- Reading Comprehension
- Data Sufficiency and Data Interpretation
Each question is of one mark and there is no negative marking.
IBS was established in 1995. The programs offered at IBS Hyderabad are - Two year full time MBA program and PhD program. IBS campuses are located at Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Mumbai and Pune. They offer two-year, full-time Management Programs. These campuses are independent professional institutions and are neither affiliated to nor are off-campus centres of any university.
IBS Dehradun is a constituent of the ICFAI University, Dehradun. IBS Jaipur is a constituent of the ICFAI University, Jaipur. IBS Hyderabad offers MBA and PhD programs. IBS Dehradun and IBS Jaipur offer MBA program. IBS Kolkata, IBS Gurgaon, IBS Mumbai, IBS Pune and IBS Bangalore offer PGPM course (Post Graduate Program in Management).
