ATMA Selection Procedure

After the announcement of ATMA results, selection procedure begins. It is a three-step process. The ATMA test is conducted multiple times within a period of one year for admission to different postgraduate management programmes such as MBA, PGDM, PGDBA, MCM.

Shortlisted candidates, based on ATMA scores, are called for the selection or admission rounds by the respective institutes that they have applied for. The first round comprises of Group Discussion, commonly known as GD. The shortlisted students will later have to appear for the last round of screening which is Personal Interview or PI.

After the PI round, the overall performance of a candidate is measured and then the final selection is announced. 

Documents to Carry

  • Original Shortlist letter

  • All the original and at least two photocopies of certificates of X and XII

  • ATMA scorecard

  • Original ATMA Admit card or hall ticket

  • Four to Six passport size photographs colour and black & white

  • Original degree or provisional certificate if the candidate is appearing

  • Community certificate (OBC / ST / SC / Other) signed by the authorised authority
