IIM Shortlisting Criteria

The admission process for the PGDHRM program comprises two stages. The first stage is shortlisting candidates for WAT/PI round. The second stage is final Selection of candidates post WAT/PI round.

Shortlising Process for WAT/PI Calls

The following are the parameters used

Bachelor’s Discipline rating scores are awarded as per the following

  • Humanities / Commerce / Law: 15
  • Agriculture / Animal Husbandry / Dairy / Rural Studies 10
  • Science: 10
  • Hotel & Tourism / Management / Forestry / Horticulture / Fisheries: 10
  • Medicine / Dentistry / Pharmacology / Pharmacy / Nursing: 10
  • Engineering / Technology: 5

Work ex rating scores are awarded as per the following

  • If work ex is >=12 months then 10 marks are awarded, for others zero marks will be given

Final selection of candidates

Personal interviews and WAT are planned to be conducted at four different centers at Bengaluru, Mumbai, New Delhi, and Ranchi. After the PI & WAT, the Consolidated Merit List (CML) would be compiled on the basis of following components and their corresponding weights:
