Indian Institute of Management, Raipur is the tenth IIM established in 2010. IIM Raipur, like other IIMs, offers diploma programs in management. It also provides full time and part time academic programs. As per the admission guidelines announced by IIM Raipur, it will shortlist the candidates on the basis of personal interview and written analysis test (WAT) which will be performed on the basis of CAT percentile.
The cutoff of general and NC-OBC categories is 90 and 81 respectively whereas the cutoff for candidates belonging to SC category, will be 75 (the same will be for ST category). For DAP (Differently Abled Persons), the cutoff is 65.
The first stage of admission criteria at IIM Raipur includes the shortlisting of the candidates for personal interview and written analysis test on the basis of CAT percentile. The table given below shows the section wise and overall percentile.

The candidates who were shortlisted will appear in personal interview and written analysis test. On the basis of the performance of the candidates in personal interview and written analysis test, the institute will release a merit list.
The institute will prepare the final list on the basis of overall performance which includes CAT score, personal interview, written analysis test score and academic profile. The shortlisted candidates will be selected for the merit list.

IIM Raipur will give 10% weightage to written analysis test and personal interview will be given a weightage of 20%. The institute will give 38% weightage to profile. This includes 20% weightage to academic profile, 6% weightage to work experience and 12% weightage is given to diversity. The weightage for academic profile is given as, 6% for 12th standard, 7% for 10th and under graduation respectively.

The institute also takes care of diversity while preparing the merit list. Thus, it gives weightage to diversity as well. For academic diversity, the institute gives 6 points.
A candidate receiving admission offer from IIM Raipur and accepting the offer within the stipulated date needs to send Offer Acceptance Form along with Offer Acceptance Fee of Rs 50,000/-.
In the event of a candidate withdrawing from the program before registration, the waitlisted candidates are given admissions against the vacant seat. The fees collected from the candidate after deduction of processing fee of Rs. 1000/- shall be refunded.
