To shortlist the candidates for the selection rounds, CAT scores are given the maximum weightage followed by past academic records (Class XII and Graduation marks). IIM Lucknow has given the maximum weightage to the Academic diversity factor for PGP-ABM programme.
The shortlisted candidates will appear for Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds. For the final selection, IIM Lucknow has given a certain weightage to each factor.
S.No. | Component | Weightage | |
PGP & PGP-SM | PGP-ABM | ||
1 | CAT | 30 | 35 |
2 | PI | 40 | 40 |
3 | Academic Performance (12M + GM) | 5 + 5 | 5 + 5 |
4 | Diversity Factor (Academic + Gender) | 5 | 5 |
5 | Work Experience | 5 | NA |
6 | WAT | 10 | 10 |
Final Score | 100 | 100 |
For PGP-ABM programme, the weightage for CAT is higher than that assigned to PGP and PGP-SM. On the other hand, while work experience is assigned five points for PGP and PGP-SM, the factor is not considered for PGP-ABM.
The minimum requirement for clearing the Personal Interview is 12 out of 40 marks. Names of candidates who do not pass in the PI round will not be included in the final merit list.
