Common Admission Test - CAT 2018
Common Admission Test (CAT) is the most popular entrance exam for MBA admissions. It is an all-India test conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) as an entrance exam for the admission to the Post-graduate and Fellow Programs in management courses of several management institutes in India including the IIMs. More than 100 B-Schools accept CAT score. On the basis of CAT percentile score, eligible candidates are short listed and called for a Written Aptitude Test (WAT), Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI).
CAT 2017 Paper Analysis
CAT 2017 exam was held on November 26 in 2 slots as a computer based test of 3 hours duration for each slot. The pattern of the afternoon slot of was similar to that in the morning slot and very much on the lines of CAT 2016. There were no surprises in the paper in terms of the pattern. Total number of questions were 100. VARC section was of 34 questions, DILR with 32 questions and Quantitative section had 34 questions.

Selection Procedure for IBSAT

SNAP 2017 Analysis
SNAP 2017 for admission to various MBA programmes in Symbiosis University was conducted on December 17, 2017, at various examination centres across India. The question paper had four sections - General English, Current Affairs, Quantitative Ability and Analytical & Logical Reasoning with 40, 30, 40 and 40 questions in each section respectively. Candidates got 120 minutes to solve the questions.

Till the academic year 2011, FMS (Faculty of Management Studies of the University of Delhi) had been admitting students through FMS Entrance Test. From the academic year 2012, Admission to MBA (Full-Time) and Ph.D. programmes are based on academic marks, extempore speech, personal interview, group discussion and Common Admission Test score conducted by Indian Institutes of Management. Faculty of Management Studies have courses of MBA (full-time), MBA Executive an MBA Executive (Health Care Administration) and PhD.
