XAT 2014

XLRI (Xavier Labour Relations Institute) Admission Test or XAT also known as the Xavier's Admission Test is a National level exam conducted by XLRI as a first step entrance test for management education. On the basis of XAT result, eligible candidates are short listed and called for Group Discussion, Essay and Personal Interview (GDPI) . There are more than 100 Management Institutes who select students based on XAT.

XAT Important Dates

Start of Registration: 12 August, 2013
Last Date to Apply: 22 November, 2013
XAT Exam Date: 5 January, 2014

XAT Eligibility

Candidates are required to have acquired a Bachelor's degree under 10+2+3 system from a recognized university or a deemed university. Those completing their final examination may also apply.

XAT Exam Pattern

XAT Pattern is changed from 2013. The XAT exam will have two parts. The first part will have multiple-choice questions on three sections - data interpretation & quantitative ability, analytical reasoning & decision making and verbal & logical ability. The duration of first part is 2 hours & 20 minutes. Each question has five choices. The second part will have essay writing and the general awareness section and time stipulated for it is 40 minutes. Total duration is of 3 hours.

Earlier, the duration was 2 hours & 20 minutes with no general awareness section.

Hi Sir,

I have completed my Graduation from BSc - Computer science, 2008.
i got an experience working in Sale 2 yrs /Recruitment around 1.8yrs.
i would like to do my PG from good college, i am from Blr.
if i do my PGD From XLRI do i need to write any Test.
