Masters in Human Resource and Organizational Development (MHROD) and  Masters in International Business (MIB) are conducted at the Delhi School of Economics, Department of Commerce under Delhi University (DU). Candidates are selected on the basis of their Common Admission Test (CAT) scores, group discussion and personal interview.

About MHROD and MIB Programs

The MIB and MHROD programs were started by the Department of Commerce (Delhi University) in 1995. Since then, these have become popular because of the novelty in academic course and extensive knowledge imparted to the students in areas like International Business and Human Resource Management.

MIB and MHROD are 2 year Post Graduate Degree full-time programs. Number of seats in each course is 73 only. Of these, 31 seats are allotted to General Candidates and the rest are all reserved for OBC, SC, ST, Physically Handicapped, Foreign Students and CW.

Admission Process

The admission is through the Common Admission Test. Based in CAT scores, candidates are called on for Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). The final selection is from the CAT percentile, GD score and Personal Interview Score. You must separately apply for the CAT and for GD and PI with the Department of Commerce, Delhi University.
